Dynamics CRM 4.0 Excel Report Errors

There is limitation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to generate Excel report from the view. The maximum records are 10,000. However, even within the limitation, the Excel report also has errors sometime. It could have the duplicate records which actually are not in CRM. So the best way to take report from CRM is either use CRM report function or use other application to generate report from backend.
