VMWARE, Cisco, Fortigate-Headache and time wasted

Let's have a look at these companies' great bugs:

1. Since Windows 2008 R2 template is in experimental, the sysprep can't be used to customize the windows 2008 R2 when deploying OS from template. What you can do is to change the template OS type to VISTA 64, then change the new deployed OS type back to Windows 2008 R2;
2. There is no option under additional tasks in Cisco SDM, the interface properties can't be edited. Why? because JAVA upgrated. Roll back the JAVA, these will be back to normal;
3. Fortigate VPN client can't connect to Fortigate VPN server via IPSEC VPN with virtual IP address enabled. What cause this? either downgrade the forticlient or upgrade.

What a time waste!!!
